We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Timeless Counseling Center. In this full-time remote role, you will extend your expertise in mental health to provide critical support to individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office while still being an integral part of our outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and needs, skillfully diagnosing conditions based on established guidelines.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting, addressing diverse client needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing techniques that adapt to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment interventions, and pertinent communications, complying with applicable ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Engage in proactive collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights as necessary.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, seeking out and attending training sessions, workshops, and seminars to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Our client population spans a broad demographic, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a myriad of life challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will involve adapting your therapeutic approach to cater to the diverse experiences and backgrounds of your clients, promoting a culture of inclusivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
\n
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities alongside proven diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members alike.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• A commitment to the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred, although we welcome entry-level candidates who meet the essential qualifications.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic interventions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
