Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, understand their personal histories, and formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria.

• Devise tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups, adapting sessions to address unique client needs and dynamics.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records (EHR), including progress notes, treatment plans, and session documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, through regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, resources, and support options available within the community, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and networking with peers in the mental health field to remain updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
