As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence at a residential community, supporting access control, visitor management, and clear communication with residents, guests, and staff. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive monitoring and prompt response to security-related concerns. This driving position offers an opportunity to represent Allied Universal's caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $20.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff at a multifamily residential location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access as directed, managing visitor sign-in processes, and directing guests to appropriate areas.Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned systems, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Maintain accurate logs, reports, keys, packages, and other front desk records while communicating clearly with residents, property staff, and emergency responders as needed.Minimum Requirements:Supervisory experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
