Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health concerns, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that align with client goals and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health crises, formulating immediate safety plans and facilitating referrals when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Commit to continuous professional development by staying current with best practices in mental health through training sessions, workshops, and self-directed learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
