Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our on-site team. In this key role, you will manage claim submissions, optimize accounts receivable, verify patient benefits, and clearly explain financial details and treatment plans to patients with clarity and respect.
Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Claim Management: Submit daily dental claims, follow up with insurance providers, and process claim appeals.
• Accounts Receivable: Maintain and manage AR metrics to consistently meet practice goals.
• Patient Financial Counseling: Conduct clear, respectful discussions regarding outstanding balances, patient portions, and insurance coverage nuances.
• Eligibility Verification: Check and confirm insurance eligibility for same-day and next-day scheduled patients.
• Treatment & Team Support: Print and present treatment plans to patients while collaborating closely with Treatment Coordinators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator (required).
• Insurance Expertise: Deep understanding of dental insurance carriers, fee schedules, filing requirements, and expectations.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate delicate financial conversations professionally and respectfully.
• Organization: Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Work Location: 100% on-site reliability.
