Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Insurance and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! We have two locations, West Jefferson and Columbus Ohio. Full time position is an option if applicant is willing to work at both locations. Hourly rate can be negotiated depending on full time or part time position.
Responsibilities:
- Getting patients’ insurance information, verifying insurance and getting details of insurance, entering insurance information correctly into system
- Making sure the schedule is filled appropriately, confirming patients, checking voicemails, calling on not scheduled and/or overdue patients
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
